Sport Relief Sponsored Cycle

The cycle racks at the front of the school and the top of the field beyond the car park will be opened for children to store their bikes next week. These are in addition to the storage at the Roundwood Road gate and at scooter racks near the main pedestrian entrance. Children should lock their bikes there and then come into school using the normal pedestrian entrances. They should bring their cycle helmet into school with them.
This is particularly important for the racks at the front of the school close to the window installers compound. The field gate will be used to enclose this area and under no circumstances should children try to access the school by climbing over this gate. Children who leave their bikes in this area will be accompanied by an adult to collect their bikes when it is their turn to participate.
It would be helpful, where possible, for parents to bring bikes for KS1 pupils after school on Thursday, rather than leaving them here during the day. If this is not possible we will identify an alternative storage location on the day depending on the number of bikes that we have.
